Rain Tree - The Tree of Solution

Global warming, an impact of Carbon dioxide pollution in air which cause many dangerous effect such as greenhouse effect. Many things had done by people around the world to stop and decrease global warming. Not only for global warming, this tree can be a solution for other problem.

This is one solution to stop global warming, this solution is not to prevent, but to reduce. We do this solution by plant Rain tree (Samanea saman). Rain tree has a big and long stem with many branches.

It's leaves is so many, it also called canopy tree due to its widespread leaves. This tree has advantage by absorbing about 28.442 kg of Carbon dioxide each year. That's for only 1 tree, how about hundred or thousand tree? it can absorb high amount of Carbon dioxide each year. Beside that, this tree has another advantage, this tree provide shelter by it's canopy and many people can take shelter under this big tree.

If people have difficulties to search s shelter at rain, this tree can sheltered you. But, if have advantages, it must have a disadvantages. This tree has several disadvantages. This tree's root can spread widely, it can destroys and damage buildings and roads around it. It's dangerous to the other people.

Rain tree has a wide canopy, it can provide shelter, but it can also hamper the growth of plants that grow under the tree because the wide canopy prevent sunlight to go through the plant under rain tree. Plant under rain tree may die because they don't have enough sunlight to grow.

This tree can absorbed high amount of water, and people worried that the land water dry due to this tree. But, this big tree can be controlled.




Rain tree can absorbed water from land, land in big city is very small, it cannot hold much water, this tree can absorbed water from land so that land can absorbed water again. But with this tree, i think flood effect can be reduced.

For damaged buildings, you can plant it in place where there aren't buildings around it like city garden. This tree must be plant in a wide area. For growth of plants, you musn't plant various plant under rain tree, but you can let grass grow under the tree. In many area, grass can grow well under rain tree.

For water, its hard but you can control plantation of this tree by not plant this tree too many and spread well in an area. Don't plant this tree blindly, if you do it, it can destroy other environment but if not, this tree is very benefical for environment. This plant have exist in indonesia and many people and organization have plant this tree in their area.But Jakarta, which have high pollution must be planted by this tree to reduce pollution. This tree is very good and benefical if planted and controlled.
